More than dentistry — a place where people feel genuinely seen.

Cozy Cove Dental started with a simple wish: to build the kind of dental practice we'd want to walk into ourselves. Somewhere warm, unhurried, and unapologetically human.
After years of working in offices that often felt clinical and rushed, Drs. Sharon and Sarah Maredia dreamed of something different — a space where patients are listened to first, treated second, and made to feel at home throughout. In 2024, that dream became Cozy Cove.
Today, we're proud to be a women-led practice rooted in our community — and we'd love for you to be part of it.
Two sisters. One practice. A shared philosophy that care should always feel personal.

I was born and raised just outside Chicago and have loved working with my hands and helping people for as long as I can remember. Dentistry, for me, was the perfect intersection — equal parts craft and care. I completed my undergraduate and dental training at the University at Buffalo, graduating summa cum laude in Biomedical Sciences and in the top third of my class in dental school.
After that, I had the honor of serving our veterans through my Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee. That experience shaped the way I practice today: unhurried, deeply attentive, and always rooted in listening before treating. I have a special love for caring for little ones — making first visits feel safe, even fun, is one of my favorite parts of the job.
Outside the practice, you'll find me traveling with my family or baking with my three-year-old daughter (she handles quality control). When my sister Sarah and I started talking about building a practice of our own, it always came back to the same idea — somewhere people would actually look forward to coming. Cozy Cove is that place.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University at Buffalo in 2010, then continued there to complete my Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2014. From the start, I was drawn to the way dentistry could be both meticulous and meaningful — every detail mattering, every patient with a story behind it.
I'm a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Richmond Dental Society. Continuing education is something I genuinely love, and I take courses across every aspect of dentistry to stay current and bring the best to our patients. I also volunteer regularly with the Give Kids a Smile Program, which is one of the most rewarding parts of my year.
When I'm not in the chair, I'm likely on a badminton court, at the bowling alley, traveling, or spending time with family and friends. Sharon is my sister, my closest collaborator, and my favorite person to dream big with — building Cozy Cove together has been a joy. We can't wait to welcome you in.
Three principles that shape every visit.
We move at your pace, never ours. No rushing, no judgment, no surprises.
We remember your name, your story, and what makes you, you. Care should never feel like a transaction.
From the room you sit in to the smile you leave with, we believe every detail deserves intention.
