A few practical things our patients often wonder.

How early should I arrive for my first appointment?
Aim to be here about 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time. That gives us a moment to greet you, complete any final paperwork, and let you settle in before we begin.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just give us a call or text at (832) 520-2725 — ideally at least 24 hours in advance. Life happens, and we're flexible.
Can I bring my kids to my appointment?
Absolutely. We have a quiet little corner with books and coloring, and our team is happy to keep an eye on small ones while you're in the chair. Let us know in advance so we can prepare.
Do I need to do anything special before my visit?
Just the usual — brush and floss as you normally would. Bring a list of any current medications and your insurance card if applicable. Otherwise, just yourself.
What if I have dental anxiety?
You're in good company — many of our patients come to us specifically because they've felt uneasy elsewhere. Tell us how you're feeling and we'll move at your pace, always explaining what we're doing before we do it.
How do I pay for my visit?
Most patients pay at the time of service. We accept all major cards, cash, HSA/FSA, and offer CareCredit and our in-house membership plan. We'll always walk through costs upfront so nothing's a surprise.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice when possible. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a small fee, but we always consider context — just let us know what's going on.
